High School Camping Trip: July 13th-16th
Middle School Camping Trip: July 14th-16th

This trip a great event for relationship building, a great time to learn more about God, and an easy event to invite your friends.

By filling out this form, I acknowledge my $52 (middle school) and $67 (high school) and filled out registration form is due no later than Sunday, June 25th. You may complete the option to use PushPay for your camp fee or, for checks, please write your student's name in the memo blank and deliver to Jake, Jen or Chris. If you need financial assistance, please check the box below.

Note about Medications
Students can keep and self-administer emergency medications, allergy medications, or homeopathic medications at your discretion. The camp nurse will need to keep any behavioral, anti-seizure, or other controlled medications and provide them to your student on whatever dosing schedule you specify. Please list medications below along with their dosing schedule. Please bring medications in a bag labeled with your student's name and the dosing schedule.

This year high school and middle school students will be going to the same general location but separate camps. The high school trip is one day longer.
